Firstly, don’t open the door. If you do by mistake then answer his/her questions with a question…

“Who are you?”

“Can I see ID?”

Then

“You are trespassing, I do not give you permission to enter my home. Go away and Take your paperwork back to court and get a bench warrant.”

Alternatively….

If you have your Front Door Pack tell them to complete the ‘Questionnaire before talking about…. Form’ before you will talk to them. This form is also available to download from the Resources, Documents section of the website. 

Do not get into a debate with them. Just keep repeating the above sentence and talk over them assertively.

Remember to picture them in their underwear with a briefcase full of £20 notes for you 🤣
